I was blown away by the exceptional service at this hotel when they kindly returned a hairbrush I had forgotten in the room. the garden furniture was a delightful touch, allowing us to relax outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. the washing machine in the apartment was a lifesaver, making it easy to freshen up our clothes after a long day exploring Glasgow. the flat-screen TV provided great entertainment options, and the nearby restaurants such as Samantha's takeaway and Spice Grill exceeded our culinary expectations. Overall, this hotel truly went above and beyond, making our stay unforgettable.
